Hey everyone, welcome back to Worthy and Abundant the Podcast. I'm Linda Brand, empowerment coach, podcaster, speaker, and someone deeply passionate about helping women remember who they really are. And today I just wanted to come on here and share from my heart. I'm honestly feeling so incredibly grateful lately, grateful for community, grateful for connection, grateful for growth, and grateful that after years of healing, investing in myself, learning, evolving, and rebuilding my life, I finally feel like I'm living with more ease, more flow, and in alignment. I just finished my Lakewood Ranch Jewish Club singles coffee event this morning. It was super fun. Just feeling so in flow. And one thing I've realized is that healing is not just about fixing ourselves. It's about allowing yourself to live, to live, to laugh, to connect, to try new things, to receive, to receive support, to meet new people, to create meaningful conversations and connections and to wake up and actually enjoy your life. I always wake up every day and say, Thank you, God, for a new day. And I ask for direction and I pray and all the different things. But I am really waking up excited for the day. And I always wanted that. For so many years, I lived in survival. For so many years, I think a lot of us have lived in survival mode. We had to become strong and independent and productive and responsible. But underneath all of that, many of us secretly felt disconnected from ourselves, to be honest. Disconnected from joy, disconnected from our worth, disconnected from our dreams. And that's a huge reason why I created this free live women's workshop in Sarasota called Worthy, Remembering Your Power. And this workshop is completely free. And honestly, it's kind of a gift from my heart to yours. It's a space for women to reconnect with themselves, to slow down, reflect, journal, breathe, and remember who they are underneath the pressure, the striving, the people pleasing, the self-doubt, all the things. We are going to talk about things like self-worth, self-love, having a vision for your life, the power of having a vision, alignment, receiving identity, and becoming the woman you actually desire to be. And I truly believe that transformation happens in rooms where women feel safe to be heard and seen, and they are safe to be themselves. And I feel like we definitely heal in community. I know this to be true. This is spiritual text. We don't heal when we're by ourselves, we heal when we're in community. This is not about pretending your life is perfect, it's about remembering your power. And honestly, this workshop is also exciting for me because it feels so aligned, it feels so authentic, and it feels like the direction my soul truly wants to go. So I hope it's one of many. I'm not doing it because I have to do it. I'm doing it because I genuinely love this work. I love self-development. I love personal development, spirituality, growth, healing, all the things. And honestly, I think for a really long time I thought that success had to feel heavy, like, you know, hustle and exhaustion and pressure. But lately I've been experiencing more flow, more peace, more openness, more fun, more connection. Ever since I came back from Sedona and Miami, I have been flowing. And I think it's really important to talk about because women deserve to live lives that feel good. We all deserve to live lives that feel good. Not just successful on paper, not just being productive. That's what society and our parents and caregivers and everyone else teaches us, even in school. It's like it's almost, you know, I was in a rabbi's class and he said that the public school system is teaching kids to be narcissists. And I really believe that actually, when you think about it. But this is not just about being productive and check boxes, you know, that what success looks like on paper. This is around loving ourselves deeply, um, beginning to attract better experiences, healthier relationships, better opportunities, being more aligned. So if you are local in Sarasota, I would absolutely love to see you at my workshop. Bring a journal, bring a friend, bring your authentic self. And if no one has told you lately, you are worthy, you are not behind, and your life gets to feel beautiful. Thank you so much for listening to today's episode of Worthy and Abundant. And I will talk to you soon, my friends. Have a beautiful weekend. Shabbat Shalom.
