Hello and welcome back to Worthy and Abundant
Today is. December 31st, and instead of a highlight reel or a wrap up episode, I wanna offer you something a little quiet or something that might land a little deeper.
In Kabbalah, there's a powerful idea about time. Time isn't just something that passes, it carries energy. And it's also an illusion and a manmade construct, but meaning there is no. Future. There is no past. There's only now the last day of the year though has a different kind of energy and it isn't so much about closing a chapter.
It's about seeding for the next one, it's about setting intentions for the new year. What you hold in consciousness today becomes the soil for what grows for you next year. Most of us look back on the year and immediately sort it out in successes or failures, wins or losses, progress or disappointment.
But that's not how this tradition really looks at it. It's more about, it's not about, did I do enough? What did this year teach me? It's more about what did this year teach me about me? What this year taught me was I am very resilient. This was a very challenging year. There was so much growth that happened this year.
My vessel expanded to receive. I was humbled by this year. A lot happened this year for me. . I grew like crazy. But you can ask yourself, where did I over give, where did I over push? Where did I pull back when I shouldn't have? Where did I learn humility? Where did I learn courage? Nothing is wasted.
Even the moments you wish went differently. There's another concept in Kabbalah, it's called, . I can't really pronounce it, but it's a form of contraction. So before something new can exist, something else has to quiet down, something else has to contract. So if this year felt like contraction or loss or slowing down, that doesn't mean you are failing.
It just means you are creating space. You are making room for the new. So tonight, I invite you to. Set an intention and ask yourself, what's one thing, one belief, one thing. One story that you are willing to let go of. One habit of judging yourself more harshly than you judge Anyone else?
Just letting go. You don't need to carry it into the new year. So I'm asking you to release one thing, one belief that doesn't serve you. One story that's in the past, one form of victim consciousness. Just let it go and choose a new belief. Choose a new story that you're always supported, you're always guided, you're loved, and life is.
Happening for us. If it seems to be negative, where's the lesson? What can I learn from this? So it's really small, consistent choices that make a different reality for us and how you speak to yourself and how you respond when things aren't going your way and how you show up when no one's watching.
That's where your power lies. That is where your power. So you get to choose how you speak to yourself, how you respond, how you show up for yourself and others, even when no one's watching. Like I said, small, consistent choices and actions are what makes up. The results that you wish for. And an awareness.
It's an awareness. So as this year ends, my wish for you isn't more hustle, more chase, more pressure, more stress. It's clarity, it's steadiness, it's the calm, it's the kind of strength that doesn't need to prove it itself. May this next year meet you where you are, not where you think you should be, and may you trust that whatever is unfolding is never too late.
The year ends tonight. The work continues tomorrow gently, honestly, and with intention. Happy New Year everybody. Much love, much success. Have a beautiful day. Thanks for listening.
