This week on Worthy and Abundant, I’m talking about Radical Responsibility — and how the wisdom of Kabbalah has completely shifted how I see challenges.
Life will always have contrast. The question is — will you react or respond?
Everything is happening for you.
And sometimes, the greatest growth comes disguised as chaos.

Linda's mission is...

Hey, welcome back to Worthy and Abundant. My name is Linda. I'm a certified life coach, a Florida realtor, a mentor, and a proud mom and a dog mom. And I moved three years ago to Florida from Michigan after attending an event in Miami in 2021, where I had a divine download that I belonged here in Florida.

And after much consideration and. Deliberation. I listed and sold my home in 2022 and moved to Florida and changed my entire life and started a coaching business and a podcast and everything that needed to be healed, cleared, and re resolved. All of my childhood, teen years. All the things in my young adult life that needed to be healed.

All of the worthiness, , low self-esteem. All the things showed up that needed to be cleared, healed, and resolved. And today I am still navigating different things, but I am happier than I've probably. Been about myself in my entire life, I'm most confident than I've ever been in my entire life. , , and I've been studying Kabbalah and I've been attending Shabbat services every, almost every week.

And I wanna talk about Kabbalah and I wanna talk about taking radical responsibility for our lives. So basically, I love to say to all my clients that we have to become the observer of our lives. If we wanna change, grow and evolve and become better, we have to become the observer and notice what we're noticing.

Notice our thoughts. We are not our thoughts, right? So radical responsibility doesn't mean. We caused every situation, but it does mean that we have the power to choose how we respond, and that's where the transformation begins. It's not reacting, it's responding. And in Kabbalah, it says everything is happening for us, not to us.

We are not victims, we are creators. So even if a situation is extremely frustrating and painful, there is a divine light waiting to be revealed. So when we react, we are missing the lesson. But when we pause and we respond consciously, we reveal the light. So, when we take radical responsibility, we move from victim to creator.

We stop asking, why is this happening to me? And we start asking, what is this showing me? How is this going to help me grow? In Kabbalah, our thoughts, words and actions create energy that returns to us. So when we elevate our consciousness, we're literally changing our reality. And recently I went to a realtor networking event and it was really fun and I went in there and I.

Just had a good time. Um, one of my mentees was there. I saw people I knew in, in different industries that were there from different networking and just people I've known over the years here in Florida. And it was just a really nice time. They even had food that was provided and I just had a really good time.

And what I realized afterwards I was like, you know, I went there. I didn't have to spend a lot of time looking a certain way. I wasn't worried what other people were gonna think. I wasn't, preparing and worrying what I looked like. Like that is huge for me because I've grown and I'm more confident in my own skin and I don't feel like I have to.

Care so much about anything. 'cause I only care what I think and how I feel. See, that's growth, that's giant growth for me. And some other things too. But I just, I'm jumping around as usual, I was navigating some things, personal things that were happening recently, and again, I'm saying I'm literally looking up on the internet what is the spiritual meaning of this, because from what I'm learning.

From all different places. 99% of this life is spiritual and only 1% is actually physical. Like everything happening around us is spiritual. It's it's energy or spirit. And so I just thought every single thing that happens, I look up online just for, just, it's, it's fun and I'm a curious person. I'm curious.

Um, A DHD is curious. It's one of our qualities, but, um, is that, you know, why is this ha not why is this happening, but what is the significance? What is the meaning? But, anyway, so today I just wanted to talk about, you know, radical responsibility and recognizing that everything's happening for us, not to us.

And to choose how to respond and to ask, what am I learning here? What can I learn here? And the other thing My Kabbalah teacher says whatever's happening, even if it's like not. And it's perceived to be not good. What a gift. What a gift. This is a gift. Yesterday I volunteered, , to sell pumpkins for the local, , dog rescue, cat rescue here.

And, um, divinely, you know, the woman I was sitting with that we were selling pumpkins together, she and I just were like fast friends and we were close in age and we had so much to talk about. And it was really fun being in her energy and talking to her and just, it's just powerful. Like I took an action and.

You know, to do this , to give. Because whenever you're in lack, and I'll be honest, I was kind of in lack lately. So when you're in lack, the fastest way out of lack is to give. And if you can't give financially, you can give your time. You can give smiles, you can give compliments. So, and that's not exactly why I wanted to do , the rescue.

I wanted to do this. But, so always intention, of course, is very, very important. But when you are in lack, the fastest way out is to give. I'm gonna wrap it up there and tell you that I appreciate you. I love being here on this podcast. It means the world to me. I am going to need some support to continue this podcast.

I may just record interviews and put them on YouTube because everything costs money. And I've been doing this for three years. And, yeah. So thank you for listening and if you can support the show, there's a way to support the show and I love you and I wish you a beautiful weekend about Shalom and enjoy.

Because tomorrow is not promised for anyone, and the gift is in the present moment and become the observer of your life. You are worthy and abundance is your birthright. You are worthy. Take care, everybody.
