This is the show for you. Welcome Jackie to the show. Thank you for being here. Oh, thank you, Linda. It's an honor and a pleasure. Jackie, your story is so powerful. Can you share a little bit about what led you from corporate health and high performance into high ticket sales and self mastery coaching?

Absolutely. It, it is a very fun and bumpy ride to get to where I'm, and sometimes I'm like, how did it even happen? Uh, well, here's the craziest part of the story that I like to always start with. Um, I was let go from corporate, meaning I thought I was with a company I was going to. Live and never retire from.

I loved it so much. I'm actually still very close to the founders to this day. Um, and the reason you're like, well, why did you get let? Oh, uh, they were sold to a Fortune 100 company, but I didn't know that the minute they let me go, it was just like I. Hush hush. We gotta do PS and Qs, legalities. We gotta get, like everybody was being let go eventually, but I was one of the first, I wasn't married, I had no children.

I was on the sales team and I was the youngest, and I had a very good book of business already documented in Salesforce, so they could literally just disperse my stuff quickly to other people, right? Mm-hmm. Um, little did I know at that time. Talking about being worthy and abundant. My whole identity was in that role.

Um, I lived, I breathed, I eat, I or ate exactly what we taught because it just was who I was. Like I was so in alignment, um, with the culture and what we were teaching on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. Um, we were basically. Helping people become more aware that the body is business relevant and you're not just being hired for your brains and experience and help preventing burnout.

As people were climbing the corporate ladder for ironically Fortune 100 companies, so at the end of the day, I. I was forced to kind of be like, here you go. And I think that's what, you know, whether you believe in God, universe or source. And I am a retired Catholic. I like to say I'm very spiritual. I believe in God, um, but much more spiritual than religious these days.

Um, whatever higher power you believe in, like, I'm so stubborn. I'm also a Taurus. I probably wasn't gonna leave, but I, I, I was met for more. I knew I was met for more. And in that moment. I thought that was it, but like my identity was wiped. And ironically, I hired my first sales coach a week before I was let go.

Obviously, I didn't know I was being let go, and that Thursday I was let go. That Friday I had a call with my sales coach and I didn't even know what coaching was. I was just like, I hired you. I wanna break multiple six figures. I'm young and I'm ambitious. I was bawling, weak, and weary, and I'm like, I have nothing to sell but myself, and I don't even know who I am anymore.

Hmm. And so how do you sell that? Right. So that was the first time I was let go. Is this like 20 years ago or? Yeah, this was, well, I'm 44. I was 20. Yeah, I think it was 23, 24. Just 2008. I dunno, do the math. Um, but yeah, yeah. It, it was, it sucked and there was a lot of things that happened that year that were gifts to grow and define like who I am and not allow one role to define me.

So yeah, I'm not just a mom, I'm not just a business owner. I'm, we were even talking a little bit about real estate before this. I don't. You know, I don't do that full-time, but it comes up every once in a while and when the opportunity's right, it's great. And when it's done in alignment to me, I give him to my broker and he loves it.

Right. So it's fine. Yeah. Um, but at the end of the day, that bumpy road led me to where I am today, and I was able to see that. I want to live life by design. So I went from corporate to immediately thinking, okay, I know I want to coach and help people on the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual level. And really I love that hybrid of a model, but how do I do this on my own?

So I got right into Tony Robbins stuff like immersed myself. NLP through the Times Joe Dispenza got certified in all these different things that you can be certified in and along the way I was like, well I love sales. 'cause it's like owning your own business and it's uncapped without having to do all the marketing, admin and operations.

And so I got into online sales through the first company I worked with. I was a first sales person, was Healthpreneur. They're still a very thriving company. I love them and. I was like, wow, there's this whole world of online. And then I was like, okay, how can I take my business online? Every company I worked behind was doing anywhere from 20 million to a hundred million a year.

And again, I was doing sales for them. It's doing very well, making 25, 30 k cash months commission. I was amazing. I burned out twice doing that and I'm like, great. Burning out, doing sales, got let go. Trying to like, um, launch my own business in between, I'm like. I can't do all of this, like it doesn't make sense.

So how can I do things now that are more high leverage for my clients and prospects and low lift for me? That's where it's like, okay, enough done for you stuff for so many people and coach more and self-study courses so that when I am coaching people, they already have all my one-on-one basic information and we can take our coaching conversations to a whole nother level.

So yeah, in and out of helping half a dozen, almost now, a dozen multi multimillion dollar companies in the online space grow. Um, 31 million I've closed on my own with that doesn't include real estate. And here we are coaching other business owners and coaches and the online space normally helping those that are really trying to break free from like 10, 15 k months to grow to 40 and then a hundred k and then start to bring in a sales team.

Yeah. So that's, that's what I love to do. So that's amazing. Um, you've closed over 31 million in high ticket sales. What do you believe separates a confident closer from someone who struggles to sell? Uh, at the end of the day, it's your belief in yourself and the conviction in what you're selling. Without convincing.

That's the gray area between convincing and conviction that I love to help people overcome because they kind of get too in their heads, um, and honestly what no other salesperson is really talking about. 'cause some people are like, yeah, I don't teach scripts, I don't teach scripts. I teach structure. But within that structure you can follow it to a t And where I'm coaching constantly, even people that are also closing and making 35 to 40 K cash months in their bucket.

They miss sometimes the check-in where you do this beautiful conversation we call discovery, where you're seeking to understand and you as the closer are talking 10% of the time and the the, the prospects talking the rest of the time, and we're getting a quality juice for the squeeze, right? We're having those questions and then we're taking the answers and personalizing the pitch I call it, so that we're not just pitch slapping them.

So when we personalize the pitch. In a way that they hear the value. Now this is the key. You can do this beautiful pitch, and if you don't know how to ask the right questions at the right time, which it's actually very simple, once you learn the structure that I give everybody for free. So if you want it, let me know.

It's yours. You can then hear if they know, have heard the value. If they haven't heard the value. It doesn't matter if you're selling something for a hundred dollars or a hundred thousand dollars, they're not going to buy. Right? Yeah. Um, so that's the biggest thing that I see people missing all the time.

That so many other people are like, no, it's overcoming objections. Uh, I have an easy solution for that even. 'cause the one objection behind all objections is what? Between their ears, it's their belief that they're either working or that they can do it. That's it. It's not the money, it's not the spouse.

Right. I know. I know. So, yeah, it's so at the end of the day, you sell or be sold. That's it. Well, you, you, you touched on such powerful statements. You said belief in self. Mm-hmm. And. Conviction. The pardon? The conviction for sure. Yeah. And belief in self is so gigantic because it doesn't really matter what it costs.

If they don't believe that they're gonna be able to do it, they're not gonna do it. So that's so huge. So can you walk us through the core of your sales codes or money codes, frameworks and how they differ from traditional sales strategies? I. Yes, I could do this in less than 10 seconds. No, I'm just kidding.

No, you're amazing. I'm excited. No, the reason I say that, so sales codes is the code behind all sales structures and strategies there. I've been forced through many sales programs in the day. I'm not even gonna say which ones because some of them are rather decent in some only have this much of decent, and the rest is literally crap.

Um, but I respect the owners because of what they've been doing, and I made great money doing things that way. But it was exhausting. Like even after three calls, I'm like, why is my brain hurting? It shouldn't be that way. Like if you can literally toss the script aside. Now, if you're a rookie salesperson or you're a new business owner and you're like, I've never done sales and I hate sales, let's, let's first have a better relationship with that.

So before you even touch anybody, study materials, let alone like my sales codes or money codes. What's your relationship with the word sales? Right? If you're like, ah, it, okay, now let's change it. Let's redefine what sales means to sales To me is service. Sales to me is service and solution and freedom for that person and for me, but it's not about me.

The rejection's not about me. They say, yes, it's not about me. It's not about me. It's about the other person and me helping them not regret saying no and also not regret saying yes. Right. I don't even wanna sell someone that I'm like, oh, but they need this so bad. But I'm like, I'm taking food off their table, right?

And they're in tears. I'm like, let's get more creative on a payment plan. That makes sense. And the timing, right? Because at the end of the day, we're not here to close a deal. We're here to impact and serve and the. The currency that we're using is money. Like, so, so getting back to the basics of that, right, and that's why I love sales codes and money codes.

So they're different, but when, when my clients use both of them together. Sales codes is this the, all the codes behind all sales strategy and then the money codes is not only your money stories that can block the prospect from actually saying yes. 'cause our word language, our vibe, our energy, our attitude, our authority is all contagious.

So if we don't have our money stories dialed in. It's gonna bleed into the conversation and I don't care if your video's off, they're going to hear it. The subconscious mind will hear and pick up on those things. And so I, most indefinitely, I haven't found one person that hasn't been able to benefit from money codes for themself, and then as well as understanding how their perspec, the prospect is showing up and calling out their limiting beliefs around money and just being curious.

And helping them having a breakthrough before they even pay you, even if money isn't what you're coaching them on. Because let's face it, not a lot of us are out here selling money type programs, right? Yeah. And that's all I did was sell money codes and yes, that's it, but. I do. I teach and sell sales information.

Right. And I do a lot of mindset behind it. But , worthiness plays a role into all this as Oh, yes. Yeah. And , you're just getting to the root when you have your money codes program because you could help somebody. But if they have these beliefs, like you said, that they're not good enough or that.

They don't like money. Mm-hmm. Subconsciously they don't make money because they think it's causing problems in people's lives. Or maybe if they're wealthier, , they're gonna be asked for money from people, or it's gonna change their identity to somebody. , There's so many things.

I've been studying this for, many years myself, so I know all about the money stories and the beliefs and the limiting beliefs. So I love all of that. You've got it nailed. It sounds like you've got. Everything. It's so incredibly interesting. So what are some common blocks you see when it comes to attracting premium clients and how do you help your clients shift them?

Yes. This one I love because when I'm even in a, like I, I offer a workshop once a week to anybody. It could be clients, it could be prospects, it could be a friend of a friend that just wants to come in and get some quick laser coaching, anything on sales related. And when I bring up what's their number one biggest sales challenge in relation to their sales conversations.

I get a lot of it, it's lead gent. I'm not having enough sales conversations. And I'm like, okay, that's a marketing challenge. And I used to have a very unhealthy relationship with marketing 'cause I'm sales and I used to always blame marketing for not bringing quality leads. Right? Yeah. And at the end of the day, once I fixed that limiting belief, right, which by the way, let me preface this and I, I will answer this question.

Any of this isn't a check the box one and done. So even if you go through money codes or any type of money limiting belief type program that will help you clean up your limiting beliefs and stop firing and wiring the stuff that's not serving you, and then start firing new synopsis that will serve you.

It's not a check the box one and done. So it's like, it's good to have those tools and resources in your pocket or in your bucket so that when a limiting belief does pop up, 'cause it will when you're growing and expanding to one level and you're like, okay, this is my new threshold. Woo, 20 5K months. This is fun.

I love it. And now you're going to 50 K months. Like I have a client right now. Who had a 220 5K month last month, and this is right after she's been bouncing between 48 K and 78 K and 125. It's been a really crazy rollercoaster for her. And even just yesterday she was in my DM saying, I feel like a fraud.

And I'm like, I. It's that interesting, you felt like that last month and you had your, your, your biggest month. Like so why now? And what's coming up? And she's like, 'cause it's a whole new month. I'm like, so are we gonna do this every month? Like, is that what we're gonna do? Um, so just give yourself space and grace, knowing as you grow and expand these tools will become more beneficial and you'll start to use them faster.

And what was a thought that would hold you back for a day or like, dare I say a week? Might only be like 30 seconds, right? Because we are like, oh, I see it. I'm aware. I'm not judging it. I'm gonna let it flow through, and I'm choosing this instead. Right? So when people come to me and they're like, how do I get more premium clients?

I'm like, well, first of all, we're not getting them. Nobody likes to go get people and nobody likes to fall gotten, right? So how do we show up and be the person. They are calling in and how do we show up and attract them, and how do we show up and speak to them and position ourselves? So now we have a positioning challenge, which I love to help people with, and I can do that in about a 90 minute call if they have a proven concept already.

If you come to me and you're like, I've never sold this, but I have this idea. Might take us more than one session, but if you come to me, you're like, I've sold this. I'm inconsistent and I'm all over the place, we can, in 90 minutes, we can totally, um, dial that into another level and be more consistent and in your conviction.

So a lot of the times it's just positioning. I. And coaches are speaking about, you know, these are the things I do for you. And it's not result oriented. People are buying what you're selling because of a result. Yeah, I know. I was guilty of that as well with , yeah, here's what we're gonna do.

It's like they don't care about the what they want the result. Right. And that's what you know, it's like you're here point A and you wanna get to point B. They don't even care about the how. They just want the results. So yes. Yeah. So you talk about the ROI of intention. Mm-hmm. Um, how can women tap into their intuition and values to drive aligned business growth?

. And just touch on that ROI, um, because it's not what everyone else thinks. Return on investment. It's return on intention, which is so powerful. Yeah. I just, yeah. So going to, I think I was one of your episodes or many of 'em, you, you always, when it's solo for you, like the subconscious and the conscious living and being intentional like.

Yes. Thank you for listening. Thank you. Yeah. Oh, I love your, by the way, whoever is listening to this right now, if you haven't given a review, please go give a review. Um, this is something you wanna have on your playlist, and this is something that if you're not tapping in, tuning in and embodying it. You will kick yourself later.

'cause that's, that's how this podcast has been designed, and that's how I designed my podcast too. It's like, okay, now that you've heard this, take one thing and do something with it today and tomorrow and the next day, and then let me know how it's going for you. Right. Don't just thank you. Assume the noise.

We're not here to make more noise, are we? Right, right. Us. We're here to raise awareness. Raise that. Really? Yes. With intention. This is why ROI return on intention. Is return on intention for how you're investing your time, which is a resource, your money, which is a resource, your focus, your, um, like all the things that you want to grow in abundance, which, come on, we all want more time and money and fulfillment, right?

Freedom. So I teach this a lot in my, so I have my sales codes, my money codes, and then I also have a rise up program that I don't talk a lot about. Because it's really hard to sell 'cause there's a lot of intangibles. But what I do in any of those programs for anyone who wants to be in those, it's a self-study.

You get that free call is, I do a vision activation. And so what a vision activation in is not a vision board, even though I think those are great. Um, what's bigger than that is being able to do a vision activation. That now you have something from one session that you now are making decisions from and you're living from.

So when we do a vision activation, it's usually three to five years in the future. And now that we've activated it, and whether you do it with me or with someone else, it doesn't matter 'cause it's in you. Like I'm just the person who's, I don't even say I'm the catalyst, I'm just asking the questions to pull it out of you.

And we're speaking from the head, heart coherence, but more of the heart coherence and the head is. Mute, believe it or not, and sometimes those sessions take an hour and a half. Sometimes they're 30 minutes. It's just how many times we have to hit the mute. On the head because it wants to drive the ship.

It wants to keep safe. It wants to know the how. Yeah, it wants to know how and it wants to be like, oh, that's not possible. You've never done that before. That's not safe. It's not familiar 'cause it's not predictable 'cause it's not something we've ever done before. So that's the part that gets frustrating and I just say, let's have fun with it.

Let's play the space of curiosity and possibility. And now once you have your activation, you get to live from decide from. And we listen to that first thing in the morning before our feet hit the ground. 'cause that's when our subconscious mind is most vulnerable and receptive. And then the last thing we listen to before we go to bed.

So it's like placing an order to the universe and being like, instead of, I want all my worries to go out to the universe to create more worry. It's like instead, let's send the vision and let's lead from and live from in a responsible responding way versus reacting way with intention. And boom, this is how people create quantum leaps.

Um, it's really fun. So that's my 2 cents on that. Did you happen to get certified through the Brave Thinking Institute? I did not, but I did sales for them. Oh, okay. That's funny. 'cause I'm certified through them. And a lot of what you're saying with the vision, it just sounds very familiar. How funny we didn't even know that before this conversation.

Yeah, so, um, they have very good tools for sure. Um, I was doing these vision activations before I sold for them, but it's been one of those staples that I've always believed in. Nice. That's incredible. It is a small world. And the real estate, that's also wild. . In Florida, we were like, and we're both in Florida.

Yeah. How long have you been licensed realtor in Florida? Just curious. I've been 2013 or 14. Oh, nice. For a while. Yeah. I started out in multimillion dollar homes over here in Owl Worth where Tiger Woods and Shaquille O'Neal. Um, it was fun. It was before kids, and yet it's the same thing. To sell a $6 million home is the same as selling a two.

Yeah, I just did a three hour training yesterday on luxury, , with Good, I'm with exp and I'm, yeah. And so it's pretty exciting. , So if anybody's looking for real estate on the west side of Florida, it's beautiful over there. It's the favorite beaches. Hit Linda up. She has her license over there. Thank you.

Yeah. So what would you say to the woman that's listening to this show who feels like she's working hard and doing all the right things, but still not seeing the results she desires? Wow. I love this question, and this is something I do with my one-on-one clients on a regular basis, meaning the most important thing to remember, two most important things, if that's okay.

I'll start with the first one. Let's talk about what's in your control and what's outta your control. Everything is outta your control except for two things. One is your thoughts and beliefs, which your thoughts repeated over and over are beliefs, and the other is how you respond to the world. So how are you reacting or responding?

And they're different, right? That's number one. So just know that like, okay, what am I freaking out about that's outta my control, which is probably most of your problems, right? Things that are outta our control. And then I wanna pull this back around to really. Being specific again with like understanding, and this is a concept that I feel like I have to tell people at least three times before it lands even on podcasts.

So I might say it three times right now, just so you can land. That's okay. Yeah. The energy you put into whatever it is that you want to experience, a specific result. This could be your business, this could be weight, this could be. Anything, a relationship, whatever you're trying to, I, I'm just gonna use the word manifest 'cause we manifest all day.

Yeah. It's like our results are what we're creating. Exactly. So the energy you put into whatever it is to obtain an experience or a result, is the same exact energy gonna be required to repeat and sustain and keep experiencing that result. So if you are hustling and grinding and pushing and going and doing all things, it's like, I'm just gonna push through three more months.

I'm just gonna. Mm, I burned out twice. Please trust me on this. I didn't learn the first time 'cause I'm stubborn. Second time I'm like, okay, now I'm an idiot. Right? So I'm very intentional with how I, very intentional like this is why ROI became a big passion of mine with how I show up and how I use my energy and I catch myself still to this day.

Because I'm addicted to the dopamine of Go, go, go. I'm a make it happen mama. That used to be my old coaching name is Make it happen Mac, because I, you hired me and we made shit happen. Right. That was amazing. So Right. That societies too, like, you know, you feel like you're productive when you're like checking the boxes and like it's just, it's a program, but we.

It's, we've been programmed that way our whole lives. Like I'm 50, you know, 57 years old. So it's like, no, you're not. Yes, I'm, no, you look like you're my age and I'm about not, not much behind you. So, oh, thank you. I appreciate forties, my dear. You're doing good. Yeah, thank you. But the point is, like, I always say like it's a practice, right?

Rewiring your subconscious or changing your beliefs. These are all practices, right? Just like. Exercise, meditation, all these things. And so you can take these courses, you know, and take action and get results. But you're like your friend, the lady who sold all the, your client, she's like, I feel like an imposter.

Or fraught like, yeah, touch on it. Like why is she feeling like a fraud with all her success? It's because. Just asking like what do you think's going on in, yeah. Oh, I know there's a ton of things. Well, that's, here's the best thing of coaching. I would usually s say, you, you feel like this, but it's really this.

But then here's the the beautiful piece and you know this too. Ask the next best better question. Like you say you feel like this. Tell me more. 'cause I wanna hear beyond, beyond the fraud. There's something underneath that. 'cause there could be 20 things. It's like she either doesn't think she is worth it.

Well, in this specific case, just yesterday, it was because. She's not where she thought she would be. And I'm like, again, I had to remind her the same energy you are applying that you've done for a year, hustling and grinding. I am shocked you haven't burned out yet. It's probably 'cause she's a triple board certified doctor.

Hmm? That she has all the tools to not burn out. But I'm like, you are a walking ticking, talking like burnout. Like literally, I, I know this 'cause I've seen your patterns in myself, right? And so this is again, why she hired me to build out her sales team. So she's my one fractional client that I'm building out a sales team for right now.

But at the end of the day, I'm coaching her on all this mindset stuff too, because. She is the brand. Right. And I, and, and she's just like, one day she's like, every other day I wanna throw, we all wanna throw in the towel, we all wanna quit. We all wanna go back and do something else. Hmm. So when we do what hard, what's hard?

Life will be easy. And when we understand our patterns, habits, and behaviors, and we get to choose differently, it's so empowering. So if you are the business owner that's like, struggling right now and you're like, I'm doing all the things and, um, revenue's not where it could be, or I'm going backwards.

Then do one thing. Stop doing marketing, stop doing branding. And those people that are out there probably telling me, shut up, I'm sorry. But what I can tell you is connect and convert. Know how to sell authentically in alignment. Connect and convert. Connect. And if it's not someone you're converting, refer them to somebody.

Build your network and start giving what you want to get in return. So I would love to get referrals. So what do I do? I've Slack this month 'cause it's summertime and I have two kids at home. But up until June every day on LinkedIn, I referred somebody to somebody else. And guess what? I've been getting referrals all year and that's not like I'm not there like wanting to get, but I'm just there ready to receive and I'm ready to give.

Right. So I will give and I will receive all day. So give what you want to receive. If you're like, well, I, I wish I was just making more money so I could donate to more charities, start giving to the charity now, even if it's $10. Yeah, no, it's true. You're speaking Kabbalah, you're speaking energy, you're speaking universal laws, Deepak Chopra, all of it.

Mm-hmm. If you need money, give money, and you'll not with that intention. Like, oh, if I give, it's gonna come up. Sure. You have to do it because you want to, because. Yeah. And so, I love talking to you. This is amazing. Um, keep talking. No, I love it. Again. So basically, um, but back to your client, is it that she thinks she should be somewhere further?

Is that what I understood you said? Oh yeah, absolutely. So she's not really celebrating where she's, how far she's coming. All the above. All the above. And this is where I get to be. And this is where my clients either love this or I'm too much for them. I'm a very direct person. Yeah. But it's always anchored in love.

Right. So, and, and this is why I like leaving voice memos versus texts. 'cause my texts can be like, oh, like shoot. Or when I'm speaking they can hear when I'm slowing down and I'm like. Please hear this. Please know this. Like, you're a good kid. You got this. Like I got this with you. We, it's just, it's divine.

It's already planned. This month is already decided, no matter how hard you work, right? Mm-hmm. Um, so I'll give you two examples. She canceled a vacation. And I'm like, why did you cancel a week vacation? That's not what you're, what we've activated in your vision. Like you're the woman that takes vacations finally.

Like you could have taken a vacation last year and you didn't. You're taking vacations and your business is still okay. Mm. She goes, I don't feel like it's the lack, it's the scarcity. It's the panic. Right? Mm. And a lot of us can be familiar with us, especially if you're a business owner. That all of a sudden you went from a 10 K cash month back in May to a 90 K cash month in June of last year to now your first biggest month a year.

Uh, just last month in May 220 5K. And there's no other salespeople. And I'm, I'm about ready to let loose three salespeople. Hmm. So she's panicked and I'm like, we got this. This is also part of. You know, we're spiritual beings having this human experience, right? So we have to have these little struggles to grow and expand our capacity to hold more of the what?

The spectrum, the good and the ugly, like the capacity to do the duality dance, the capacity to work with the universal laws like. Yeah, so my, my Rise Up program has money codes already in it 'cause that's where it first lived. It has, working with the laws, I talk about all the universal laws and it also has like how to do your own vision activation and then it has unlocking time freedom and it has.

Um, the power of a reset and like 15 different modules on just how to reset from ice plunging to box breathing, right? So, um, it's basically, it's like I keep taking all these courses, I keep making based off coaching certain clients and I record everything. And now it's like self-study again, high leverage, low lift, and I can impact more people at a different price point, which is so cool.

I love that so much. So basically the woman who's doing all the things you're telling her to just kind of stop and reflect and what else? Space and grace. Space and grace. Yeah. Space and grace. Um, actually really cool thing that she sent me this morning, and I know she'd be fine if I shared it 'cause I'm not really sharing her name, but she'll be all over my podcast very soon.

Um, I kept telling her like, let's decide, let's commit and detach. Right as efficiently as possible. So like once we make a decision, we're not making another one or flip-flopping. 'cause that means we decide we could, like, here's my example. We can decide to hire someone or not. And we could do that for three or four days.

We could decide to get up and go to the gym. Today to, for a week or a year and never go to the gym. So decide. Then commit. I commit. And then, what was the third? Detach? Detach. Yeah. You, yeah. Detach from the outcome, right? Yeah. You have to, because like you said, we can't control. Yes. And when you are attached, yes.

What happens? You're repelling, right? Yeah. We have a death grid. And we're like, it's this or something better. So if we're death gripping the this and there's something better over here, and it's like, oh man, I missed out on both. Yeah, yeah. Like I missed out on both. Like do you really have real trust and faith in a divine Yeah.

To know like he, she's got you right? Like. And there's a bigger plan and it's, it's a practice for everyone. It's a practice. It's like, Linda, you're practicing. I practice it. There's times I suck at my practice, but, but I don't stop coaching. Yeah. What is one belief you personally had to let go of in order to step into your most abundant life in business?

Wow. It's probably the one I was most addicted to 'cause I was taught this at a really young age, is my grandparents were entrepreneurs working harder. When you work harder, you make more, you earn more. It's like you work harder and you move up and nobody can take that away. Well, it's all a lie. It can all be taken away no matter how hard you work or not.

Um, and that's why this, this, this new mantra, this past two years, I would say, is again, that high leverage, low lift, high leverage, low lift. Like when I'm making decisions in my personal life, hmm, do I really wanna do that? Is it high leverage, low lift for me? Is it like, is it worth it? Like in what levels of of things do I wanna experience?

Right. Yeah. And honestly a big practice too is also saying no more to things I kind of like, 'cause I'm a recovering people pleaser, by the way. I'm a recovering people pleaser, recovering control freak, recovering type type. A high performer. I'm in recovery because those are parts of me that have made me very successful when I was young.

Aren't sustainable for long-term growth and momentum. But if you strategically. Allow me for spurts of success. Right. But it's, it's just not sustainable long term. Like I can be a high performer and do really well when I need to be a high performer, but not for days and weeks. You'll burn out, you'll, you'll burn out.

Yeah. So I talk a lot about regulating nervous system even more so this day and age because I find that as like a big piece of even someone running a business or who's a sales professional and they're just not taking the time to tap tune in. And actually, I. B and be like, are you showing up the way that you could like, and you've probably read the book before Agreements.

Yeah. Yeah. So I created like a little thing to remember it. Like HAPB is the four agreements like Ha B, so honor your word, make no assumptions, take nothing personally. And the last one just said, do better. But I changed it to be, 'cause I'm more about a being person. Yeah. But even being better creates pressure for someone who's a recovering high performer.

I have to be or not be your best is they said, do your best. So when you do your best. So I'm sorry. It's best like I have to be my best today. Today's the only day I have to be my best, my best, my best. And this is as a child, recovering people pleaser and had to do my best for my parents in school. But if you just be a little bit better every time.

Be a little bit better the next hour. Take them whatever your like current circumstance, like if you're sick and you're doing the best, it's gonna be different than if you are, you know, full of energy and doing your best, right? Yes. But yeah, you shift it to better to remove best, to take the pressure off and just say, how can I be a little bit better right now?

How can I treat myself a little bit better right now? Right. Like, can we all just start doing that? Treat ourselves a little bit better, treat others just a little bit better. Show up just a little bit better. Mm-hmm. Have attention and then enjoy the ride. Have some fun. Yeah, fun for sure. I do love. Fun. Fun.

So what does being worthy and abundant mean to you personally and professionally? Hmm.

Well, I have a 7-year-old and a 9-year-old girls, both girls, and just a few weeks ago, my one daughter goes, are we rich? And I'm like, what do you mean? Yeah, we're rich. She goes, well, we don't have a mansion. Like, so and so does, and I'm like, I mean, we live in a 3,500 square foot home on three acres of land.

We have the boat, the cars, the, you know, like two dogs, two cats, every, like we, we have everything we ever want. And if we ever lost it all, we would still be rich. Right? And they're like, how? And I'm like, well, are you happy? Are you loved? Some people who have material things aren't those things and they're like, oh my gosh, you're so right.

I saw that mean guy get outta the Mercedes the other day and he slammed his door and was cussing on the phone. And I was like, okay. So when I think worthy and I think abundant, I think it's the consciousness of us all. It's all rooted in love when you think of frequency. So I like to think of frequency.

I'm very big on word choice 'cause the, the words you choose have a frequency, um, and your thoughts have even a higher frequency. So, and we speak the word right? So, or maybe it's flip flop. Don't quote me on that one. Um, I'm a little over, over replaced today. But my point is, worthy, abundant. Abundant and love and gratitude are this high vibe, frequency.

So at the end of the day when you're feeling the opposite of that or you're not feeling it or on, it's like going back to you get to choose again, right? So I put worthy and abundant in this category of one, but I also teach it separately. 'cause I don't want anyone ever, I just did my podcast on this, this week about it.

Don't ever attach your worth. Let's go back to the start of this episode to your bank account or a title or a role, because that's a very dangerous place to play. Yes. I, I tell that to people all the time. A hundred percent yes. So like, when you're, doesn't dictate your worthiness, you know your Yes. Degrees.

Don't, you know all your accomplishments? Do not. Oh, I know so many people with so many certifications that are trying to do coaching programs right now and wanting to hire me, and some have hired me. They're the most broke people I know. So are they abundant in other ways? Sure. But financially they're broke and, and then they're in this lack, scarcity mindset.

And I'm like, well, when you're focusing on lack and scarcity, abundance can't flow in. It's literally blocking your abundance. So that's why I go back to, you've heard this model too, the be the do the have. Right. Be first, then do, then you'll have it. Be first wealthy, worthy, and abundant, then do then half like we could even, that could be a whole nother podcast episode, by the way, if we ever wanna talk about it, but, right, right.

Tell me about your po. Tell us about your podcast. What is it called? Oh, it's called Courageous and Free with Jacqueline Mack. It's on iTunes and all of social platforms. I pop it up through Buzzsprout and it puts it everywhere. I also record it live on LinkedIn. On most Thursdays, and I am gonna start taking guests.

'cause I, you inspired me in such a big way. I, I'm, I'm, I'm actually kind of burnt out of me doing it on my own. And I wanna invite people on to talk about specifically business owners because that's, I mean, I, a lot of what I talk about is more business stuff, but like, where were the moments in your life that you had to really tap into real courage?

Not like, oh, I'm a scared of this. No, no, like. Real courage, real faith, even when you think it wasn't working out to create the freedom. So courageous and free was why I love the name and I would love to be a guest 'cause I've been very courageous in my life multiple times. But like when I sold my home three years ago and moved across the country and changed my life and started the coaching, the podcast and then, um, but anyway.

If you could leave our listeners with one powerful affirmation or reminder as they build a worthy and abundant life, what would it be? Don't forget this, or something better. It's always this or something better. Yeah. Like decide I want this, and then this. Detach something better. Yeah. Always. Oh, my daughters even say it and it.

It makes me cry sometimes they just say it so loosely and they're like, oh, it's this or something better, and I'm like, yes, yes. They get it and they should know. I hope that you do teach them that they're worthy, even if they don't get good grades, even if you know all the things, right? Mm-hmm. That's we do.

My oldest is a recovering perfectionist I've already saw in her like, like I was as a young child. I wasn't recovering, I just was right. Um, and so my youngest, I know God put her in our lives to see like she's a honey badger. She doesn't care. She just goes for it. My youngest started karate before my oldest and she so excited 'cause she knows it's the only thing in life that she'll be able to.

Earn something before her sister. 'cause usually things at this date and age are age related. I'm like, once you're 18, it won't be the same thing. But she's like, I'm gonna get my black belt before my older sister. And at one point. The sensei's were like, well, if you want 'em to get their black belt together.

And she goes, Nope, I'm, I was in here first and I am not stopping. I'm not holding back. Unless, unless I legitimately fail. And she's not like they're in a program, they're in a black belt club. But yeah, my oldest all the time, I'm like, let's make messy and perfect action. Like let's just have fun and enjoy.

Like it's not worth it. But she's into some things doing just right. And that's okay too. 'cause I mean, we have to satisfy how we're wired. Right. But not, not to the detriment of fulfillment or happiness. Yeah. Do you have any daily practices or mindset shifts that, um, make a big difference in helping you stay in alignment while scaling your business?

Uh, that'll, I have a ton that are great. What's my favorite one? Um, well, the one I use the most is box breathing. I'm not gonna lie because I can do it anywhere. Um, and if you don't know what that is, you can reach out to Linda or I, we, we use it. Um. But honestly, it's like really give yourself time to be with you.

Whether it's in a meditation, whether it's on a walk. Like I do a walk with our dogs every morning and sometimes it's 30 minutes, sometimes it's an hour and a half. Um, and it's right when the sun's coming up. And sometimes I'm listening to Michael Singer and sometimes I'm not. Um, and sometimes I'm boxing my, my clients and sometimes I'm not.

So it's just like, do you block legitimately, especially if you're busy. Partner, parent, business owner, and whether you have all those responsibilities or just one. Um, really just, yeah, prioritizing with intention, your own regulation. Fueling yourself and moving. Right. , Yeah. That's even when I've had, by the way, Linda, like there were times before kids, I had this perfect morning routine.

I was like so proud that I could get a workout in and a meditation in and this like 20 things in like 55 minutes, right? Journaling. I love journaling, but I can tell you with journaling, I'm very sporadic, um, because I have the vision thing down already. And yet, I journal minimum every month. I have power prompts, so anybody who's on my, uh, ecosystem, meaning my email list and getting my stuff every month, you'll get the power prompts.

They don't change, it's seven prompts, 20 minutes to guarantee your goal attainment. So it's gonna be asking you those juicy, critical questions, realizing what's in the way, what's not, and being very like you'll, you'll know. And if you don't know, DM me. I will help you get there very quickly. Um, and it out, it outweighs goal, or sorry, smart goals, like by a mile.

So, um, that's it. So I do my power prompts, but I do my morning, morning walks and, um, yeah, that's the biggest thing. That's beautiful. I love talking to you. This. We could keep talking for hours. Yeah. This, you're going to meet up 'cause I need to come over to your side of the town. I love that. Oh my goodness.

So much fun. Yes. Thank you so much for this amazing, , conversation. I. And people, I will put all your links in the show notes and I just know that everybody has gotten a lot of value listening to you. You just confirm all the things that I teach and coach, and then it's just, we can never hear these things enough, right?

Yeah. Like be, do, have and decide, commit and detach and give what you wanna receive and, you know, breathe and do all these intentional actions to, you know, embrace. I. This beautiful life that we're supposed to be having fun. We're all taking drinks. Yeah, let's live and not just exist. And you know, I feel like God is really laughing at us these days.

Like you poor humans, like you're messing it all up. Right. And I get it. And thank God, like I finally, like I was blessed with children. 'cause who knows, I don't know if I ever would've gotten the message, but when I finally had a child I like was like, wow. I love what I do and the work in the world, but I really love this baby.

And I don't wanna just hire an Andy or throw them in a daycare. None of that is wrong, by the way. 'cause I did hire a nanny, but I wanted to come out and breastfeed and then lay the baby down and then go back and know that the baby would be taken care of if she woke up. Um, and so that's where the yes.

And life by design really anchored in for me and what I teach. I'm like, when you think you can't and you're like sacrificing a situation or. And a circumstance or like, oh, I gotta choose the girls trip or the family trip this year. No. Let's figure out the yes and, mm-hmm. Let's just play in the space of possibility, potentiality, and curiosity.

I promise you we can, like I. If you just say no. Okay. It's no, it's like whatever you believe it to be. True. Like, yeah, it's all limit limits. Like we are limitless beings, but we have so many programs that are limiting us every single day. We're taking actions from this limiting thinking versus, yes. Yes.

And then the noise, Linda, like, um, I just did a podcast two weeks ago, three weeks ago now. It's like, what? What are you making? Facts. That's just somebody else's belief. Even if it's your own limiting belief and you're making it a fact, like just, just pause and check into that. Like what out there are you making a fact?

That's just a belief that's not true. Right? Even if you ru said it was true, like even how I coach, like if a client, I love it when a client will be like, yeah, that's not my, that's not true for me. And I'm like, cool. Then what is true for you? This is great. So now we're going bigger. Right? I just shared something that's been true for me and now maybe this will be my truth too.

Yeah, it's so fun. It is fun. It's, it's fun to watch to see other people doing things that we want to be doing and know that it's available to us. Yes. Like I had certain beliefs around like coaching that like I have to have. This perfect body and I have to have all these things, but then I'm like, wait, she's making money and doing it in this one and this one.

And they're all, you know, not in the past physical, you know what I mean? So it's like all this, these beliefs that we have to uncover, rewire, re, you know, choose new beliefs mm-hmm. That serve us. And it's all what you said, it's, um, thoughts and beliefs. Is all we can, how we respond. Yeah. And how we respond to the, that's it.

Everything else doesn't matter. I like to believe one of my true beliefs is that I am always taken care of, loved and supported, and, um, worthy. Of living my best life. I am worthy and deserving of creating a life I love just as much as anyone else. And I also have the belief of oneness. So that in itself is gigantic, right?

Yeah. We're all one. Yeah. We're all similar, which is why we get on here. By the way, everybody, we didn't really talk much about, uh, each other before this today. And look at the synergy because we are, we're even wearing pink together. Like she didn't tell me, Hey, can you wear a pink shirt today? No. And this is a long sleeve shirt background.

We're both in Florida. We're both real estate, we're both coaches. I mean, it's like incredible. Yeah, it's so cool. I love it. And we're gonna do lots more, Linda, so guys, stay tuned. Who knows what Linda and I are gonna come up with. It might be the next million dollar idea, but we're gonna do something.

Absolutely. Thank you so much for being here. Oh my pleasure and honor to you and your listeners, and again, feedback reviews. This is for you. This isn't just, it's an outlet for us to share and pour into the community, the collective oneness like we were just saying. But again, like what are you gonna take away today?

One thing. One thing. Yeah. Don't overwhelm you with a list of like 10 or 21 thing and start to integrate it and then embody it and next thing you know, it's just who you are. And there you go. Yes. Thank you so much. You're welcome.
